Designed a unified CRM and data intelligence platform consolidating 400,000+ customer profiles across retail and residential operations — translating complex data architecture into an intuitive daily tool for sales and marketing teams.

Served as strategic design lead for an e-learning platform developed with NSW Corrective Services — translating behavioural research into an accessible, dignity-centred digital experience. The project received university funding to continue as a professional engagement, where my design system became the foundation for a live enterprise deliverable in partnership with a NSW government agency.
